  1. Include something green on your dinner plate every day.                                               
  2. Swap drive-through lunches for brown bag lunches.                                                            
  3. Love to eat store bought cookies?  Make your own instead!                                                              
  4. Replace your sugar and artificial sweeteners with stevia or honey.                                                 
  5. Use real milk, cream, or nut milks in place of processed coffee creamers.                   
  6. Make your own salad dressings for the month.                                                                 
  7. Ditch the soda and drink sparkling water or kombucha instead.                                  
  8. Try one new vegetable each week.                                                                                        
  9. Protein drink lover?  Try making your own smoothie.                                                                 
  10. Read ingredient labels and avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup in it.
