What a wonderful workshop! We had a great time and explored the different tastes of summer. Lisa Grazan, local Naturopath, taught us the beginning concepts of the energy behind food. Food is so much more than calories, protein, carbs, and fat. It’s more than energy to fuel us, it is energy that melds with our own. You are what you eat, indeed!
